MSNCB Certification
All MSNCB certification fees include a non-refundable processing fee. All fees are subject to change without notice. Please review the MSNCB terms and conditions of rescheduling or canceling an exam appointment or applying to extend the 90-daytest period. Certification and recertification applications may be selected for audit at random. Failure to complete the audit will result in the forfeit of the application fees.

Printed & Multimedia Publications
All sales are final. Defective materials may be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please call or email for Return Authorization at 866-877-2676 or You will be required to ship the defective item to us.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Registrations and other special transactions have independent terms and conditions that supersede any and all of the above. These terms and conditions are provided during the transaction and should be referenced separately with respect to refunds.

Order Processing and Shipping
AMSN processes orders within 3 business days.  If an item is on back order it will be denoted on the website and will ship when it is in stock.

We ship via UPS from:

Standard UPS transit times apply.  For Ground transit times please visit the UPS maps page and type in 08080 as the “ship from” zip code.

UPS will not deliver to a PO Box so we need a verifiable street address. If you want your package delivered by the United State Postal Service (USPS), you will need to call AMSN at 866-877-2676 to place your order by phone. Postage rates will vary.

If you have not received your purchase within 10 business days, please contact the National Office Customer Service at 866-877-2676 or, and we will track your package for you.

Loss or Damage in Transit
All items purchased from AMSN are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the ownership and risk of loss for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). When shipped via UPS, your purchase is automatically insured up to $100 unless otherwise dictated by the laws in effect at the destination address.

Insurance for alternative delivery methods or other values must be purchased by the buyer separately and requires special arrangements - please contact us by phone for more information. If an item has been damaged in transit, please notify AMSN immediately upon receipt.

All material purchased/downloaded from this site, such as printed materials, multimedia, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AMSN or its content suppliers and partners and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any duplication of these materials in any form without express written permission from the copyright holder is a violation of these copyright laws.
